Would you like to join our team? We are seeking an ERP Implementation Manager for an interim on-site position in the Greater Valencia Metropolitan Area. The Manager will lead the implementation of the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and optimal performance. This role involves coordinating with departments, managing timelines, providing end-user support, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment. Additionally, the candidate will provide daily support regarding IT matters, including liaising with IT service providers regarding hardware, software, and structure issues, supporting in improving processes related to IT, cybersecurity, and ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures.
What are the Responsibilities?
- Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of NetSuite ERP implementation
- Draft/update internal processes to improve risk control
- Supervise management of connections with external software
- Collaborate with teams to meet project objectives
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Manage communication with diverse stakeholders
- Supervise training and post-implementation support
- Manage the ERP Steering Committee meetings
- Develop and execute project management plans
- Assist in configuring NetSuite ERP system to adapt to business processes
- Ensure project documentation remains up-to-date.
- Conduct tests to ensure compliance with requirements
- Ensure smooth transition to service of new features
- Develop manuals and provide training for end-users
- Manage project risks and changes
- Ensure project compliance with industry standards
- Provide daily support regarding IT matters, including liaising with IT service providers, supporting in improving processes related to IT, cybersecurity, and ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures
What do we need?
- Experience managing ERP implementation projects (NetSuite a strong plus)
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Expertise in NetSuite ERP systems and functionalities highly advantageous
- Demonstrable experience managing ERP system implementation projects (NetSuite a strong plus)
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively with teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Project Management Certification (PMP, IPMA, ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- Fluent in Spanish, good level of English (B2 minimum)
- Solid knowledge of business processes in the Pharmaceutical sector a strong plus
